It can be so easy to fall into bad habits, to continue on a roller coaster of ups and downs. At some point you have to realize that it’s in your best interest to break the continuous circle and move forward.
Making the decision to let go and go ahead is easy, actually doing it is a whole other story. Even if it feels as though your whole world is crumbling around you and there’s no way out, move forward. Small steps. If you want to run a marathon, you won’t start by running 120 miles, you’ll start by short distances. Maybe even stopping, resting, and walking in between. You have to keep on training, adding a few extra meters to your route every single day.
Continue moving forward, even if it’s just one centimetre at a time.
